What is your health guarantee and what is needed for it to stay valid?

We include a 1 year health guarantee for our cats. This covers anything genetic or that was in or on the cat while here. We do require you to go into a vet within a few days and we give you a coupon for a free vet visit. The reason is to find anything before you bond with the kitten. The main reason an unrepeatable breeder puts it in is to invalidate your health warranty if you don’t go. Since the kitten was usually brought to the vet for a vaccine and exam very close to pick up, many new owners wait until the next set of vaccines to go. We give you a coupon for a FREE exam to keep your kitten's health guarntee valid.

Arthritis is covered under our health guarantee. Please contact us immediately if your vet suspects it. Parasites and internal diseases are covered but we also give a flea and wormer before pick up just for safety. Any cats that have a medical condition are fully disclosed and noted on our contract notes and what aspect of the condition is covered. This is usually an undescended testicle since we early neuter and spay before cats go home.

We extend the health warranty by one year if Life’s Abundance is being fed since it’s never been recalled. A holistic diet can prevent many bad diet diseases, and it has guaranteed live probiotics which also help prevent disease and enhance overall health. We extend it another year if Life’s Abundance can food is fed since wet food can prevent many kidney and urinary disease. And we extended it another year if any Life’s Abundance supplements are fed. These products will extend the health guarantee to up to 4 years. And yes, if you feed Life’s Abundance product, the health guarantee does apply to arthritis.

We do ask that you contact us immediately for any medical problems and keep us in the loop as a condition develops. If we are going to cover it under our health guarantee, we need to be part of the decision making process and make sure that the kitten is getting it’s best care.
